Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Deployer's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Service Description
Deployer provides a dashboard-based deployment platform that allows you to:
- Deploy applications (Laravel, Next.js, WordPress, Docker, etc.)
- Manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
- Use your own servers (BYOS) or our managed infrastructure (Deployer Fabric)
- Access deployment automation and monitoring tools
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person or organization
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing Plans
- Free Plan: Limited access to platform features
- Platform Management: Monthly subscription (Rp 0 - Rp 500,000/month)
- Compute (Fabric & BYOS): Hourly billing (Rp 75/hour and up)
- Databases (Vault): Hourly billing (Rp 75/hour and up)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing with dedicated support
4.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Platform fees are billed monthly in advance
- Compute and database resources are billed hourly in arrears
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
4.3 Refunds
Platform fees are non-refundable. Compute and database charges are final once resources are consumed. We may offer refunds at our discretion for service failures covered by our SLA.
5. Service Usage
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse or overload our infrastructure
- Resell services without authorization
5.2 Resource Limits
We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on resource usage. Enterprise customers receive higher limits and dedicated resources.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid services as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). We are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
- Force majeure events
- Issues with third-party providers (including customer's BYOS)
- Customer misconfigurations
7. Data and Backups
7.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data and applications deployed through our platform. We process your data solely to provide Services.
7.2 Backups
For Deployer Vault databases, we provide automated daily backups with 30-day retention. For BYOS and applications, you are responsible for implementing your own backup strategy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Deployer platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Services.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Outstanding charges remain due.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. We will provide notice when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deployer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deployer harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
